Since Brexit, the UKCA marking has become essential for products sold in Great Britain, while CE marking is still required for goods sold within the EU and European Economic Area (EEA). We Cover Global Markets

Do you supply nationwide?

Yes. We are based in Bolton, but supply all over the UK!

How often should industrial door products be maintained?

To align with the government’s workplace health and safety regulations, regular maintenance of workplace equipment and machinery should be carried out to ensure they are in efficient working order. For fire safety installation products, you should check them when you carry out fire risk assessments: every six months is recommended. You need to make sure professionals are checking them to spot any operation faults or things you may miss, that’s why a maintenance contract is highly recommended to ensure you’re always compliant with health and safety regulations.

What if a product needs urgent repair?

Although rare, we can assure you that if there is any fault detected, our maintenance and repair team offer a 24-hour call-out service who aim to repair a product within 24 hours of being contacted.

What is the turnaround from ordering to installation?

We aim to complete all products within approximately one week from the date of official order, with an open option to deliver products direct to yourselves or direct to site.
