Yes. For our fire products, there are different fire ratings – depending on the product – that show the number of minutes the product can provide fire protection for. We test our products at recognised and certified independent fire safety testing sites. All of our security and fire safety products always meet up-to-date certification and marking requirements.

Whatever the industry or size of premises, we can tailor fire protection and security products to suit individual operations, factoring in the aesthetic and functionality. Whether you run an office, factory, industrial unit, school, or retail business, we manufacture and supply compliant fire protection and security products for a range of applications.

We aim to complete all products within approximately one week from the date of official order, with an open option to deliver products direct to yourselves or direct to site.

Although rare, we can assure you that if there is any fault detected, our maintenance and repair team offer a 24-hour call-out service who aim to repair a product within 24 hours of being contacted.

To align with the government’s workplace health and safety regulations, regular maintenance of workplace equipment and machinery should be carried out to ensure they are in efficient working order. For fire safety installation products, you should check them when you carry out fire risk assessments: every six months is recommended. You need to make sure professionals are checking them to spot any operation faults or things you may miss, that’s why a maintenance contract is highly recommended to ensure you’re always compliant with health and safety regulations.
