We test our products at recognised and certified independent fire safety testing sites. They also always meet up-to-date certification and marking requirements.

We aim to complete all products within approximately one week from the date of official order, with an open option to deliver products direct to yourselves or direct to site.

Although rare, we can assure you that if there is any fault detected, our maintenance and repair team offer a 24 hour call-out service who aim to repair a product within 24 hours of being contacted.

To align with the government’s workplace health and safety regulations, regular maintenance of workplace equipment and machinery should be carried out to ensure they are in efficient working order. For fire safety installation products, you should check them when you carry out fire risk assessments: every six months is recommended. You need to make sure professionals are checking them to spot any operation faults or things you may miss, that’s why a maintenance contract is highly recommended to ensure you’re always compliant with health and safety regulations.
